IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

• Should you not assist a booked excursion, without having cancelled it at least 48 hours before the excursion starts, according to spanish law decret of Travel Agencies from 25 of february 1953, the client looses 50% of the excursions value.In your case only the deposit will not be refunded.If an excursion is cancelled by the client before 48 hours of the excursions beginning – the full amount/deposit will be refunded.The company can not be made responsable of any excursions cancelled because of weathercircumstances. In case of cancellation beacuse of climate, your money will be fully refunded or if you should choose so, you can choose another date for the excursion, using the same ticket.
• The excursions must be booked with at least 48 hours notice, in order to assure your reservation(s).Please include your hotel/apartment to give an exact pickup point and time.When reserving an excursion you have accepted the above terms.
• The excursions booked will not be confirmed, and tickets extended, before we have received the required deposit.
