1. Why should I pay a deposit and the rest @ excursion?
   There are several reasons for asking for a deposit, where as the three most important ones are:- We are more certain that people actually show up, You are sure that your excursion is reserved and most companies will not take a reservation without a deposit.
2. We used to do excursion by telephone calls & also by internet, but as it turned out that an important percentage never showed up or cancelled, we have opted for this way of reserving. We do not charge the full amount, because that would make people more reluctant to reserve. Knowing that you just pay a small amount when you reserve, and the rest can be paid at the beginning of the excursion, hopefully will make people less scared of reserving.

3. What happens if the excursion is cancelled?
   Should the excursion be cancelled you will be given the opportunity of doing the excursion another day or if you should choose not to do the excursion, we will naturally refund your money on the card that made the transaction. All you need to do is contact us, with the cardholders name. We will confirm that the excursion was cancelled and return your money.

4. If I choose not to do the excursion. Will I get my money back?
   Should you not show up at the excursion without having cancelled at least 48 hours before the excursion starts you loose your deposit. See Legal Notice: Should you not assist a booked excursion, without having cancelled it at least 48 hours before the excursion starts, according to spanish law decret of Travel Agencies from 25 of february 1953, the client looses 50% of the excursions value. In your case only the deposit will not be refunded.
   If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your deposit will of course be fully refundable.

5. If the bus that is supposed to pick us up is late, what should I do?
   Sometimes the busses are late because of the pickups and that not everybody are on time. Should you become nervous and think you have been forgotten on every ticket extended you will find a number to the company that picks you up. Please feel free to call at any hour.
6. How long time in advance should I book an excursion?
   You need to book at least 48 hours before the excursion begins. Allthough booking earlier will give you a better chance of reserving a place. Some excursions can bring a lot of people, but others not so many. F.ex. The Masca Gran Tour max 30 people, The Masca Trekking max 12 people, some of the boats also 12 people, etc. If you book early you are sure the excursions are not already fully booked.

• Should you not assist a booked excursion, without having cancelled it at least 48 hours before the excursion starts, according to spanish law decret of Travel Agencies from 25 of february 1953, the client looses 50% of the excursions value.In your case only the deposit will not be refunded.If an excursion is cancelled by the client before 48 hours of the excursions beginning – the full amount/deposit will be refunded.The company can not be made responsable of any excursions cancelled because of weathercircumstances. In case of cancellation beacuse of climate, your money will be fully refunded or if you should choose so, you can choose another date for the excursion, using the same ticket.
• The excursions must be booked with at least 48 hours notice, in order to assure your reservation(s).Please include your hotel/apartment to give an exact pickup point and time.When reserving an excursion you have accepted the above terms.
• The excursions booked will not be confirmed, and tickets extended, before we have received the required deposit.

A beautifully appointed, air conditioned house, furnished with great style and taste, Villa Casa Blanca is the perfect choice for larger parties or family groups. The main house (sleeping 8 plus 2 children), garden and pool are reached by a flight of steps from the road and entrance gate, passing a separate studio (sleeping 2 plus 1 child), which is not let separately but is ideal for teenagers, a nanny, making Casa Blanca an ideal choice for larger families looking for a superior villa in Tenerife. The private swimming pool (8m x 3m, depth 1m to 1.5m with Roman steps, heated in winter) is bordered by sun terraces accessed through patio doors from the lounge. Villa La Crema de Adeje Golf is a magnificent three bedroom house, complete with gardens and heated swimming pool, set on the edge of Adeje Championship Golf Course, overlooking the 15th tee. It is located about 15 min drive from Tenerife South airport, between the town of Adeje and the beautiful fishing village of La Caleta, where there is a good selection of excellent restaurants and bars, whilst lively Playa de las Americas is just 10 min drive away. The villa has been delicately furnished with the most luxurious fittings and is air conditioned in all the main rooms. Outside, there is a large terraced area and garden with tropical plants. The heated swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m, depth 1.5m) is set in an area of artificial grass (no-mow) which children or adults can play on in complete safety. Standing at the bottom of the garden, you will be able to enjoy the panoramic views along the coastline as well as over the championship golf course.
